What We Offer
* Salary of £14.06 per hour
* Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Temporary, ongoing
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively review and source goods and services in line with value-for-money principles.
* Purchase goods and services using tendering and quotation processes in accordance with HSCNI procedures.
* Provide purchasing advice and information to customers on goods and service options.
* Operate PC and computer systems to support the delivery of purchasing services.
* Resolve invoice queries with HSCNI Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
* Respond to supplier queries promptly.
Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
