Our client, a well-established business in Hull, is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy depot. You will be responsible for managing the sourcing, ordering, and supply of automotive parts within this busy truck servicing business. The ideal candidate will offer expert advice, handle inventory, and ensure efficient customer service.
You will work closely with the workshop and sales teams.
Customer Service:
* Dealing with customers at the counter and over the phone.
* Identifying customer needs for parts.
* Conducting transactions in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Parts Management:
* Advising customers on which parts they might need for their vehicle.
* Taking orders in person, over the phone, or via email.
* Getting parts from the storeroom or ordering from suppliers.
Taking responsibility for each sales lead and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell parts.
