Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Corporate Development Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives including M&A, BD&L, and partnerships. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities, working closely with senior leadership, CEOs, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
* Drive strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and other BD&L activities.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to assess opportunities and risks.
* Engage with CEOs, investors, and institutional partners to build and maintain strategic relationships.
* Prepare and present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Development, M&A, BD&L, investment banking, or life sciences start-ups.
* Strong understanding of the drug discovery and development process.
* Proven analytical skills and business acumen.
* Experience working in or with the European life sciences market.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Passion for innovation and driving strategic growth.
Preferred Experience
* Diagnostics industry exposure.
* Experience working in a global matrix organization.
* Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
