The Role
Insolvency and Debt Recovery Solicitor - Up to £70,000 salary
A nationally respected team is seeking an Insolvency and Debt Recovery Solicitor to join their growing department based in Liverpool.
The team acts for a wide range of clients including major financial institutions, public sector organisations, and national businesses. Known for their strength in both high-volume recoveries and complex insolvency matters, the team offers an excellent platform for career development within a supportive and high-performing environment.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of debt recovery and insolvency work, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will advise on corporate and personal insolvency, act for creditors in formal insolvency processes, and handle enforcement actions and litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor to take on high-quality work with strong long-term prospects.
The Candidate
* Solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in arbitration
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
