About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A Corporate Solicitor with 0-3 years’ PQE.
* Experienced or eager to work on a broad range of corporate law matters, from mergers and acquisitions to general corporate governance and commercial contracts.
* A team player with excellent client management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* An individual with strong technical abilities, excellent drafting skills, and commercial acumen.
* Proactive, organised, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to take on new challenges.
