Availability
Days and times you need to be available: Mon 10:00:00‑18:00:00, Tue 13:00:00‑21:00:00, Thu 10:00:00‑18:00:00.
Contracted hours will be scheduled within these windows with at least three weeks' notice of each shift. Minimum 12 hours per week, with a guarantee of 16 hours per week for most roles.
Responsibilities
* Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
* Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
* Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments and available pharmacy services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
* Handle queries within competence and escalates as required.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment.
* A desire to train and develop into the pharmacy field.
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile and helping them find the right products and solutions.
* The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported and reassured.
* The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, including over‑the‑counter guidance, prescription queries and referrals to a pharmacist.
* A positive, team‑focused approach, good communication, and a willingness to have fun and celebrate success with colleagues.
