We are now seeking an experienced Multi Skilled MobileEngineer to join our busy commercial building maintenance team, to undertake planned and reactive maintenance works at our clients premises. About the role This is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the Manchester, Liverpool and Chester areas. The role is supported from our Elland regional office and includes working on a varied portfolio of commercial buildings as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer. Your responsibilities will include: You will be responsible for efficiently delivering PPM and reactive maintenance, including fault finding, repair and installation of mechanical and electrical services Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner Be proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements Your remuneration The role is full time, Mon Fri, working 40 hours per week In return for your expertise and hard work youll receive: Starting salary circa £42,000 25 days holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays per year Company sick pay scheme Life insurance scheme Healthcare scheme Company pension plan Training & development opportunities About you Having succeeded in a similar role, youll have relevant professional qualifications and youll be proactive, self-motivated, work equally well independently and as part of the wider team, and be able to build and maintain relationships across the organisation and with our customers. You would ideally be located in Liverpool / Warrington. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Hold a City and Guilds qualification (or equivalent) level 2 or above in your core skill discipline (either electrical, plumbing, gas, air conditioning) HVAC / electrical experience would be an advantage Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.
