We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client in Reading. This role requires a valid Reach Truck Licence and previous warehouse experience. Key Responsibilities: Operating reach trucks safely and efficiently Handling stock in both chilled and frozen environments Loading, unloading, and storing goods correctly Picking and packing orders with accuracy Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse space Requirements: Valid Reach Truck Licence (essential) Previous warehouse experience (chilled/frozen environment preferred) Good attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: £30,160 (£14.50 an hour) A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Benefits: Death in service x4 times salary Long-term sickness 70% salary after 13 weeks Pension contribution 4% PPE & uniform provided Parking on site Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm, plus Adhoc Saturday working (3 hours) If youre a skilled warehouse operative with a reach truck licence and youre looking for a stable role with a strong team, wed love to hear from you.
