Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results‑oriented Sales Executive to join our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience, managing client interactions via phone, chat, email and video call.


Responsibilities

* Achieve and over‑achieve inside sales targets.
* Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions.
* Manage inbound calls and create proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for direct or indirect sales.
* Schedule visits with field sales colleagues where the customer needs are best placed within these areas.
* Maintain up‑to‑date product and solutions knowledge, being a credible Technogym Ambassador.
* Maximise outbound call campaigns.
* Maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure accurate support for each order and keep the wider business informed.
* Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments.
* Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
* Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale.
* Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided).


Qualifications & Experience

* Knowledge of the steps within the sales process – previous software sales experience highly desirable.
* Previous experience selling into the corporate environment.
* CRM and pipeline management skills.
* Exceptional customer relations (oral and written).
* Knowledge of fitness, performance, health, and product use.
* Effective communication, active listening, and remote presentation skills.
* Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills.
* Integrity, humility, hunger, and drive.
* Passion, optimism, and a collaborative team spirit.
* Independent and organised with a curious problem‑solving mindset.
* Results‑driven, "Refuse to Lose" mentality.
* Loves Technogym products.
* Passion for sport, fitness, and wellness.
