Join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team to maintain and optimize technologies across the Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
Purpose of the Job
We seek motivated, customer-focused professionals for the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner role. This position manages assets and spares, plans preventative maintenance, and maintains machine history data. The site lead for CMMS software, you will extract information to support the site engineering manager.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the site SME on CMMS software, train the engineering team, and escalate issues as needed.
* Ensure CMMS compliance with EU standards and participate in projects to implement new functionalities and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment, spare parts, and inventory levels to ensure availability.
* Forecast and assign preventative maintenance tasks to technicians to maximize equipment uptime.
* Analyze equipment data and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
* Manage spare parts inventory, place orders, and collaborate with procurement for cost efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or auditing, either as an engineer or planner.
* Proficiency with CMMS software.
* Strong skills in MS Excel.
* Experience managing spare parts inventories.
* Fluent in English and the local language (CEFR Level B2 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, or business field.
* Experience with Infor EAM platform.
* Experience implementing new CMMS systems.
