Night Manager will have to:
* Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decisions
* Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night
* Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests’ expectations
* Ensure guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and take full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
* Delivery departmental performance and standards
Essential Skills needed:
* A strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communicator at all levels and have good commercial awareness
* Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
* Be flexible in their approach and have a positive attitude
