Role purpose
Lead and coordinate operations across retail, B2B, and direct-to-consumer channels, acting as the key link between internal teams and external partners. Ensure flawless execution, unlock new opportunities, and deliver business initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
5. Logistics oversight – track shipments end-to-end, proactively resolve aged, delayed, or missing orders.
6. Account support – partner with commercial leads to prepare materials for client pitches and provide ongoing operational support.
7. Commercial administration – manage invoicing inputs, stock movements, and order reconciliations for assigned accounts.
8. Customer engagement – run regular outreach to re-activate incomplete or abandoned trades and improve conversion.
9. Issue resolution – handle escalations with customer service for delivery disputes, suspected fraud, and damage claims.
10. Data management – monitor master data quality, correct discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
11. Project delivery – support and lead workstreams: define requirements, prioritise backlogs, write user stories, and coordinate testing.
12. Stakeholder liaison – serve as a primary contact for regional and external partners; align on processes and SLAs.
13. Order management – raise and track orders, returns, and replacements; manage aged and uncollected items.
14. Reporting – produce weekly operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
15. Testing and compliance – coordinate UAT, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
16. Continuous improvement – analyse faults and variances, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
17. Data Protection - Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
18. Strong stakeholder management and clear, concise communication skills.
19. Working knowledge of logistics, returns, and basic fulfilment processes.
20. Comfortable with data: extracting, validating, and presenting insights in reports/dashboards.
21. Hands-on experience contributing to change/projects using basic agile practices.
22. Proficient with spreadsheets and common business systems; able to learn new platforms quickly.
