Overview
Our client is looking to appoint a Junior Administrator to provide varied administration support to the team based in Inverness. This is a part time role and the preferred pattern of working hours is 10am – 2pm (Monday – Friday) or similar. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to develop administration experience within a highly supportive and professional office environment.
Duties
* Dealing with enquiries and processing customer bookings.
* Diary management.
* Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Ordering of materials and consumables.
* Scanning, filing and photocopying of documents.
* Post duties.
* Accurate data entry including inputting invoices for payment.
* Covering reception, greeting and assisting visitors.
* Dealing with external contractors visiting the office.
* Updating the visitor log and issuing passes.
* Responding to emails.
Person Specification
* Good attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Confident and well presented.
* Good IT, numeracy, reading and writing skills.
* Good with people both face to face and on the telephone.
* Can manage multiple tasks and deal with deadlines.
* Team player and also able to work on own.
