Position: Building Manager
Location: Beetham Tower, Manchester, M3 4LQ
Working Hours: Monday Friday 0900 - 1730
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role is based at the iconic Beetham Tower, a 47-storey mixed-use skyscraper on Deansgate in the heart of Manchester. Completed in 2006 and designed by Ian Simpson Architects, the tower features the Hilton Manchester Deansgate hotel on the lower levels, the panoramic Cloud 23 sky bar, and 219 luxury residential apartments above. The location offers excellent transport links, with Deansgate railway station and the Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink stop both less than a two-minute walk away.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
* You will have experience working in a similar role in the residential leasehold sector.
* You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
* You have a strong health and safety background, ensuring statutory compliance and keeping up to date with the changing legislation.
* You have managed onsite major works projects from start to completion.
* Youll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
* Youll have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues.
* Youll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development, working closely with the Property Manager
* You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
* Youre always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
* Youll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. Youll lead, engage and inspire others.
