The Digital Engagement Specialist will be part of the Commercial team, primarily contributing to the development and implementation of a Multi-Channel marketing strategy for the specified therapy areas in the target markets and responsible for the development and delivery of the digital content strategy digital. The Digital Engagement Specialist will contribute to key digital activities that allow Servier UK & Ireland to communicate the brand and portfolio messages to our target audience in a customised way. The Digital Engagement Specialist under guidance, will contribute to building the multi-channel approach from concept to completion to ensure that Servier UK & Ireland communicates effectively via various channels and meets business objectives. This position will work closely with business stakeholders in the local UK team to ensure that specific needs are identified and incorporated into various digital initiatives. This individual will report to the Brand Manager.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
1. Lead digital initiatives within the target market, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market access departments.
2. Support commercial leads in optimising campaigns with digital components.
3. Manage current and future digital commercial channels by setting content priorities, facilitating timely deployment, to execute required tasks.
4. Be the first point of contact to provide support with digital channel- related queries.
5. Help establish and deliver the brand metrics and KPIs for digital components, as well as set analytics priorities for digital tactics.
6. Guide the business to develop vision and strategy around digital channels and campaign/commercial components.
7. Build understanding of customer preferences and drive suggestions for adapting campaign elements
8. Aligns business priority decisions with IT, and cross-functional teams.
Support with building customer engagement plans that leverage digital tactics
Responsibilities for Content communication
9. Creating and executing innovative and effective content strategies and communication campaigns for Servier UK.
10. Deciding on content formats and publishing dates
11. Organising creative feedback meetings with the sales, marketing, medical and wider departments.
12. Managing the creation of the content calendar and adhering to the proposed timelines.
13. Managing and creating regular posts for the Servier UK LinkedIn page that align with company priorities and values
Responsibilities for website
14. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling Servier UK & Ireland’s websites.
15. Remain informed into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
16. Colloborate with Servier Head Quarters to manage and update the Servier UK and Ireland websites.
Knowledge And Skills
17. Experience with Pharma/ biotechnology Salesforce web products.
18. Strong Digital execution experience in multichannel and/or omnichannel marketing.
19. Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to execute ‘hands on’ while being innovative and flexible.
20. Understanding of Web & Mobile technologies.
21. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking, self-prioritised workload and time-management skills.
22. Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to explain complex information to others
23. Proven ability to work with external business partners and vendors
24. Able to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders and comfortable leading.
25. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and manage complex projects that require collaboration across functional and geographic areas
26. Broad understanding of pharma regulatory rules and regulations
27. Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or commercial teams, or closely related field(s) (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, ad agency, etc.)
28. Integrity and diversity mindset Up to date NHS (UK)/ HSE (Ireland) knowledge including codes of conduct.
Education And Experience
29. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related field
30. Successful track record in pharma with relevant experience in a commercial pharma role (Marketing, Sales, Digital) and/or pharma consultancy is desirable or equivalent, combination of education and experience.
