This is a great opportunity to join a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand agent who have built up a truly impressive brand over the last several years. They are looking for an experienced property professional who will be carrying out a dual role in Sales and Lettings.
Responsibilities
* Arranging and carrying property viewings for both Sales and Lettings
* Negotiating sales and lets
* Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
* Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
Qualifications
* Recent experience working as an Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator
* Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving license and Car
