The Role: Were looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Experience Specialist to manage customer accounts, deliver outstanding service, and make every interaction memorable. Youll also support sales initiatives, product launches, and represent us at events.
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer enquiries and monitor job progress
Onboard new accounts and build strong relationships
Resolve issues, escalate complaints, and share customer feedback
Support sales campaigns, new product launches, and events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
