Driving Data‑Led Growth Across Rotork’s Global Sales Organisation
We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to support Rotork’s commercial transformation by delivering high‑quality insights, improving data accuracy, and helping our global sales teams make smarter, data‑driven decisions. What You’ll Do
* Analyse sales, product, and customer data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
* Maintain and improve CRM and commercial data quality
* Develop clear KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI
* Support forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance tracking
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Pricing
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

Qualifications
Essential
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, ideally with DAX, to deliver enterprise‑grade analytics and perform detailed commercial analysis, including margin, price–volume mix, and discount patterns.
* Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Previous experience managing product, customer, and sales data in a similar role.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable
* Knowledge of T‑SQL, Hex, or similar languages for database interrogation.
* Experience with CRM systems and data management best practice.
* Experience using VS Code notebooks or similar notebook-based tools.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
* Knowledge of Python, R, or similar data science languages.
Personal Profile
Essential
* Diploma or vocational qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in a B2B or technical industry.
* A proactive, responsive, and self‑motivated individual with strong accuracy when dealing with data.
* Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to non‑technical audiences.
Desirable
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience as a Data Steward or Data Owner in a commercial engineering environment.
