Roles and Responsibilities:
7. End-to-End Project Management: Demonstrating your expertise in handling projects from conception to completion, ensuring efficiency and timeliness throughout.
8. Construction Procurement Knowledge: Leveraging your in-depth understanding of construction procurement to source the best resources for our projects, while adhering to budget and quality requirements.
9. Building Business Relationships: Utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
10. Electrical Expertise: Drawing upon your expertise in commercial reticulation design, conducting electrical site investigations, identifying defective electrical work, and performing maximum demand calculations for commercial installations.
11. Offering Electrical Solutions: Providing insightful electrical solutions, guidance, and advice to colleagues, contributing to the team's overall success.
Skills Required:
12. Electrical License: An essential requirement to hold this position. Your electrical license must be active and maintained throughout your tenure.
13. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in successfully managing engineering, architectural, and/or building construction and maintenance projects.
14. Construction Industry Acumen: Familiarity with the intricacies of the construction industry, including procurement, regulations, and best practices.
15. NSW Driver's License: A valid NSW driver's license is necessary for this role, as you will be required to travel to project sites and client meetings.
16. Working with Children Clearance: A current working with children clearance is essential, as some projects may involve working in environments with children.
17. Flexibility: A willingness to drive, which may include occasional overnight stays, to oversee and manage project locations effectively.
