Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and manage allexport documentationand related paperwork for LHR Gateway shipments.
2. OverseeHMC control requirementsto enable timely and compliant exports.
3. Liaise effectively withairlines, UK branches,to ensure seamless coordination.
4. Adhere toCAA security protocolsand maintain compliance with all operational and safety standards.
5. Support the day-to-day operational process by preparing customs and airline paperwork and monitoring inbound/outbound flight activity.
