We are looking for a Clinical Lead - RGN at our Portsmouth service.
Portsmouth 15-bed service providing specialist residential rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury or long-term neurological conditions.
The Clinical Lead will support the Registered Manager in maintaining the highest standards of care, working closely on safeguarding, quality, and governance to improve all aspects of care. You will provide visible clinical leadership, influence service development, and ensure continuous quality improvement. You will also promote a positive patient experience and embed learning in everyday practice.
***This is a Nurse qualified role ***
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage staff across all areas, serving as the named lead for quality and governance.
* Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, providing assurance.
* Promote a culture of openness, person-centred care, and learning from incidents.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure standards are maintained daily.
* Ensure compliance with external and internal quality standards, including CQC and ICB regulations.
* Provide clinical leadership within the MDT, ensuring high standards of infection control and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
* A current NMC Pin (RGN)
* Legal right to work in the UK
