Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong mechanical background and solid electrical capability? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering high-quality engineering services across prestigious sites in Watford.
You’ll join a professional, supportive engineering team, taking responsibility for maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems within high-end properties.
Your Role as Multi-Skilled Engineer Will Include:
*
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical plant
*
Mechanical servicing and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, HVAC equipment
*
Basic to intermediate electrical maintenance: lighting, emergency lighting, power, controls
*
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and safe, efficient resolution of issues
*
Working closely with building management and the wider site engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
*
A recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Services (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
*
Experience working in commercial facilities management or building services
*
Strong mechanical maintenance skills with confident electrical competency
*
Professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
*
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit engineering team
