About the Role:
Simply Education is currently looking for passionate and reliable individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across schools in the Canterbury area. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN
* Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans
* Support learning, emotional, and behavioural needs in the classroom
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
* Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
What We're Looking For:
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
* Previous experience working with children or young people (desired but not essential)
* Reliable, adaptable, and happy to work across different schools and year groups
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
* Ability to travel to schools across Canterbury
