Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Location: Hammersmith, London (hybrid)
Position Summary
This role will work as part of a team of designers, engineers, and project managers to help deliver large-scale production of high-quality assets for client products. The successful candidate will learn new systems, gain an understanding of the client brand values, demonstrate good design judgement, and have impeccable attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities
* To follow prescribed workflow for large-scale asset production, ensuring timely delivery of assets
* Responsibility to maintain and enhance quality expected of the design output
* Work closely with tech and delivery teams to improve workflow and efficiency of our internal tools and platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish.
* Maintain organized design files and adhere to brand guidelines in all produced materials.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer, with the ability to manage large-scale asset production, as well as:
* Experience creating high-quality experiences and user-flows across a variety of platforms.
* A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices and are a self-motivated problem-solver.
* Interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills.
* The ability to design within brand guidelines and contribute to the overall design language.
* Expert knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
* Highly organized and can use project management tools to keep track of deliveries and progress.
