Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
* Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
* Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to support strategic hiring decisions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.
* Proven track record of successfully filling roles across different levels and functions.
* Strong sourcing skills
