Overview:
We are actively seeking a team administrator in the National Account Department that deal with our Key business accounts.
About the Role:
* Location: Eccles, Manchester
* Hours: Monday to Friday hours per week (Start date between Finish time between 4 - 5)
* Rate of pay - £23874 per annum

As an Administrator you will:
* Answering inbound calls and taking customer requests for reactive and planned drainage requests
* Allocating of jobs to technicians in line with SLAs
* Sending quotations and follow up with the depots
* Invoicing of jobs once work has been completed
* Following up with clients to ensure high levels of service is maintained.
* General admin, emailing and saving documentation on the systems
About you:
* Previous experience within customer service environment
* Previous administration experience would be beneficiail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* General data entry and computer skills
