A growing consultancy delivering civil engineering and environmental services across the UK is strengthening its regional team. As a Civil Engineer, you will work on drainage, highways and infrastructure schemes from concept through to submission, supporting both residential and commercial projects.
The Civil Engineer will prepare drawings, detailed designs and technical documentation in line with British Standards and relevant sector guidance. This Civil Engineer role combines office-based design with site exposure, including surveys, investigations and inspections, offering well-rounded development within a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare drainage, highways and infrastructure designs
* Produce AutoCAD drawings and assist with Civil 3D modelling
* Support planning and technical submissions
* Contribute to surveys, investigations and site inspections
* Coordinate with engineers and technicians to meet deadlines
Candidate requirements
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
* Minimum two years' UK consultancy experience
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD with interest in Civil 3D and WinDes
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence
