ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced 1-1 Classroom Support to work within our Dudley-based Primary Schools on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
Flexibility is offered; however, you MUST be available from 08:30 - 15:30.
About The Role
1. Provide personalized assistance to students with special educational needs or individual learning requirements.
2. Support students in overcoming challenges and achieving their potential within the school environment.
3. Work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to implement effective support strategies.
4. Implement individualized learning plans, promote engagement and independence, and communicate regularly with parents, carers, and outside professionals.

About You
1. Experience working with children and young people with SEN, such as autism, learning difficulties, and sensory needs.
2. Qualifications like Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desirable but not essential.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with students.
4. Ability to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
