Job Purpose:
To lead the creation of standout retail and press events that cut through, spark conversation, and embed the brand in culture. Owning the full journey from concept to execution, this role drives the creative vision while managing timelines, processes, and delivery, turning ideas into shareable moments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Events strategy in-line with wider Retail Marketing and Communications objectives, working with Retail Brand Marketing Manager, Events Lead, Communications Lead on ideation as part of wider campaign planning.
* End to end creative production and project management for our own Retail Brand events, OOH activations, Headline Campaign moments
* Collaborating with the Events Lead on planning and execution of Platinum/Gold Tier Brand Launches in-store.
* Creative Event proposals and renders to be shared back with internal stakeholders for sign off.
* Creation and ownership of project plans and budgets (forecasting and management), Supplier sourcing, tendering and management. Internal briefings and running orders
* Reporting and Analysis to be shared back in a timely manner as part of larger scale project wash ups
* Working with the Events Lead to set weekly tasks for the Events Intern to support on ongoing projects (e.g. supplier research/costing/moodboards and materials sourcing) as well as day to day admin
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Event knowledge and experience within the retail marketplace is preferred.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Team player with a positive attitude, offering a helping hand wherever needed.
* Able to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
* Maintain strong professional relationships and lead communications with external parties including Brands, Agencies, and Suppliers.
* Passionate about running events and delivering an incredible in-store experience for the luxury retail customer.
