What You'll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the warm, welcoming face of our iconic brand. You'll create memorable experiences for our customers, sharing your knowledge of our luxury products - from teas and hampers to confectionery and seasonal favourites - and ensuring our standards of excellence shine through in everything you do.
* Provide impeccable, personalised service to every customer

What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (luxury retail a plus)
* A genuine passion for hospitality, luxury, and exceptional service
* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
* A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and seasonal peak periods
* A team player who brings positivity and enthusiasm to every shift
