Production Chef at Restaurant Associates UK
Location: RHS Garden Wisley
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, site based, 5 over 7 days per week
Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum

Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality sandwiches and cold items to specification.
* Maintain consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation.
* Follow recipes exactly and minimise waste.
* Ensure efficient ingredient use and correct rotation.
* Complete FSMS documentation for sandwich production (temps, CCPs, cooling, labelling).
* Follow allergen segregation and cross-contamination procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe production environment.
* Use PPE and equipment safely.
* Work collaboratively with the production team.
* Support training and development of new team members.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in cold prep or production kitchens.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Understanding of FSMS, allergens, and chilled production.
* Experience in grab-and-go or sandwich production (desirable)
