Overview
We are looking for a new team member to support in the next stage of business expansion and growth. Our team is seeking a sales powerhouse with a proven track record of meeting targets, nurturing business opportunities, and managing CRM and administrative tasks.
Location: Fenton, Stoke on Trent. Employment type: full-time. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm with early finish incentives on Fridays. No weekends or bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Close deals with potential clients through effective communication and persuasion.
* Experience in managing and motivating team members.
* Exceed targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
* Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach to sealing deals.
* Maximize revenue through strategic sales techniques.

* Maintain a results-oriented approach in all sales activities.
* Develop win-win solutions that benefit both client and company.
* Engage in business development activities to expand the client base.

Caring for Care Responsibilities
* Answering and making telephone calls from clients.
* Explain our course content to ensure the customer receives correct training (health and social care sector).
* Booking training dates with clients and coordinating trainer diaries and geography (UK).
* Support trainers by managing their diaries and building relationships with them.
* Communicate effectively with your manager about issues and improvements.
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates; following or improving processes.
* Deliver first-class customer service without high-pressure selling techniques.
* Contribute to team culture and collaboration as part of the office environment.

Essentials
* Experience: In Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management.
* Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and CRMs.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Competitive mindset: A drive to win and improve performance.
Salary
Basic £24,000 per annum OTE £36,000 (plus uncapped commission).
Start date
We are looking for someone to start in the next 2–6 weeks, subject to interview process and notice period.
