Cover Supervisor & Pastoral SupportSalary: £23,000 £27,500 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Thetford with regional travelHours: 40 hours per week, 08:30am 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 weeks per yearEleven 11 Recruitment is seeking a Cover Supervisor & Pastoral Support professional for a specialist education provider supporting learners in alternative provision settings. This role combines session cover, learner support, and administrative coordination.All staff are expected to uphold safeguarding responsibilities for children and young people.Role Summary Deliver session cover to maintain continuity of learning Provide pastoral and welfare support to learners Assist with administration and learning resources Support digital learning platforms and IT access Assist with exams, assessments, and invigilation Support day-to-day centre operationsRequirementsEssential Experience in education support, supervision, or customer-facing roles Administrative/record-keeping experience Familiarity with the UK Curriculum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths Full UK Driving Licence Access to vehicle and willingness to travelSkills Strong communication and organisation Confident IT user (Microsoft Office) Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, GDPRPersonal Attributes Professional and approachable Adaptable and calm under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a teamRequired Experience Education Support 1 year Administration 1 year UK Curriculum 1 yearLicence/Certification Driving Licence (required)To apply please call us on 01603 337028 or apply online to
