We're looking for an experienced Engineering Workshop Manager to oversee the full refurbishment process of pumps and other mechanical components — from strip-down to final testing.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing full lifecycle refurbishments of pumps and industrial components
* Offering technical direction to workshop engineers — including hands-on support when needed
* Liaising directly with clients to offer tailored repair solutions and work progress updates
* Working with supervisors and the Works Manager to plan workloads and ensure safety compliance
* Raising and following up on inspection reports
* Managing workshop stock and ensuring product quality of specialist equipment
* (Bonus) Experience in thermodynamic pump testing — training available
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Deep technical knowledge of centrifugal pumps (HSC, volute, axial flow, vacuum)
* Able to read technical drawings and ideally use CAD
* Background in industrial engineering
* Supervisory or managerial experience in an engineering setting
* Ready to lead or keen to step into a leadership role
