At Snap-on Tools, we have a fantastic opportunity for a people-oriented customer service professional to join our team as a Productivity Team Leader.
As a Productivity Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service to our network of franchisees, company stores, and end-user customers. You will provide crucial leadership to a small team, driving performance and delivering on our strategic targets.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Providing a high level of leadership and acting as the main escalation point for your team of 8+ members.
* Managing and maintaining predetermined service levels, providing a professional service to franchisees, company stores, and customers.
* Managing Snap-on Insurance products and overseeing all aspects of SIS administration.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments.
* Holding regular meetings with team members to set expectations, provide feedback, and support development.
* Recognising and participating in continuous improvement (RCI) opportunities.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has good leadership skills and a professional, approachable manner.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
* Has a high level of competency in ICT (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Can prioritise work and cope with competing deadlines and use initiative in a variety of situations.
* Is accurate, pays attention to detail, and has an organised approach.
* Has obtained A-level educational standards or has 3 years of relevant customer service experience.
