Youth For Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) faith-based, non-profit organization founded in 1986 by Hall of Fame Football Coach Joe Gibbs. The organization is large, diverse, experienced, and committed to serving at-risk youth.

Role and Responsibilities
* Build positive relationships with students based on trust, caring, and understanding their individual strengths and needs.
* Provide individual, group, and classroom interventions, and maintain accurate notes for reports and plans.
* Offer therapeutic and crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
* Participate in classroom and program activities to assess needs.
* Support families through home visits, contact, and interventions.
* Assist students transitioning out of the program, referring to appropriate care levels.
* Develop individualized service plans collaboratively.
* Stay current on best practices through continuing education.
* Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and work-related events.
* Consult with supervisors for emergency and high-risk situations.
Qualifications
* Full-time availability.
* A master's degree in psychology with at least one year of clinical experience with children and adolescents, or
* A social work degree with similar experience, or
* A bachelor's in human services or special education.
* Submit official transcripts and experience documentation within 30 days of hire.
* Valid driver’s license and negative TB screening required.
