Graduate Strategic Asset Management Surveyor (Property)

Digital Skills - You are willing to develop your IT skills, and learn industry ‑ specific software along with moving the services into the digital era

As part of the recruitment process you will need to:

Attend an in‑person recruitment day on Thursday 9 or Friday 10 July 2026.

If you are successful at the recruitment day you will be invited to attend an interview with the team on the 30 or 31 July 2026.

You must be available for these dates as no alternative dates will be available.

The Welsh language is integral to the identity of Carmarthenshire and its people. If you don't currently meet the Welsh language standard that we need for this role, we will work together on your Welsh language journey and help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this position.

Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
