Job Role - Night Chef
Rate of pay - £32,000 (+tips)
Hours - 45 hours minimum contract
Location - South Ascot

Position Overview

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements
Responsibilities include HACCP compliance, maintaining a clean and organized environment, controlling costs, planning daily operations, supervising and developing the team, responding flexibly to business needs, and adhering to regulations.
Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations, and keep certifications current.
Flexibility
Perform additional tasks as required and adjust hours to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Desirables
NVQ Level 2 & 3, COSHH, First Aid, relevant experience, good communication skills, and organizational abilities.
