Salary: £12.21per hour + Overtime + Bonuses
Hours: Minimum 40 Hours. Monday to Friday

Your Role:
* Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast-paced environment.
* Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
* Follow technical drawings and quality control procedures.
* Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards.
* Maintain a safe working environment for all
* Organisation of workshop mezzanine, stores and outside storage areas
* Making sure that all raw materials and material left outside are adequately covered
* Schedule preparation
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in forklift and sideloader (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Strong attention to detail and health & safety awareness.
