What We’re Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NMC registration preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
* Proven experience commissioning or a strong track record as a Registered Home Manager.
* In‑depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
* Strong leadership, budgeting and occupancy management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant statutory frameworks.
