Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
* Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
* Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
* Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food and drink offerings.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly.
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
* Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Pay: £12.21-£14.07 per hour
