Construction Tutor (Multi-Trade)

I’m working with an independent training provider in Bedford who are looking to add a Construction Tutor to their delivery team.The role will involve delivering construction skills training to adult learners across a range of Level 1 multi-trade areas including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and brickwork. This is a mix of practical workshop delivery and classroom-based learning.The role:
* Delivering construction bootcamps and employability-focused training
* Teaching basic multi-trade construction skills
* Supporting and engaging adult learners
* Maintaining learner progress and attendance records
What they’re looking for:
* Construction background (any trade considered)
* Qualified teacher/trainer (AET, DET, PGCE or equivalent)
* Comfortable delivering across multiple trades
* Good communication and learner engagement skills
