Bank Role - Early Years Educator Across all Fennies locations Salary: Up to £14 per hour Flexible hours (zero hours contract) Work flexibly in a role that fits around you – while making a difference every day. At Fenni es, our Bank Early Years Educators are part of a flexible team who support our nurseries when additional cover is needed. ‘Bank’ means choose when you work – whether you’re looking for a few days a week, occasional shifts or something that fits around studies, family or other commitments. You will: Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum Work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture Follow routines to support smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times. What we’re looking for You’re a flexible, reliable and enthusiastic early years educator who enjoys variety and working as part of a team. You will have: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent Excellent communication and teamwork skills A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families Most importantly, you will bring adaptability, enthusiasm, and a passion for supporting children’s development.
