Kids Planet Day Nurseries are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Bootcamp Academy Administrator to join our Training Academy team. This is a fixed term contract based on 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with learner onboarding processes, including document checks, registration forms, and database entry.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records in line with compliance requirements.
* Schedule training sessions, workshops, and assessments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
* Communicate with learners and tutors regarding timetables, materials, and course updates.
* Support with attendance tracking and reporting for funding and audit purposes.
* Prepare and distribute learning materials and certificates upon completion.
* Liaise with internal teams to support programme monitoring and evaluation.
* Respond to learner and tutor enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the Programme Delivery Manager.
