At DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln, we’re looking for a
Meetings & Events Operations Manager to lead a busy, high-quality events
operation in one of the city’s most vibrant locations.



Overlooking Brayford Marina, our hotel hosts everything from
large conferences and corporate events to weddings and private celebrations
and you’ll be at the heart of delivering them flawlessly.

Your role



This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take
full control of the meetings & events operation, ensuring every event runs
smoothly, efficiently, and to brand standard.




* Lead
the day-to-day operation of conferences, weddings, and events

* Be
present during key service periods to support delivery

* Ensure
all BEOs, layouts, menus, and event details are executed correctly

* Manage
labour, rotas, and staffing levels to balance service and cost

* Drive
high standards across service, presentation, and guest experience

* Lead,
coach, and develop your team

* Ensure
compliance with Hilton brand standards and audits




What we’re looking for




* Experience
in Meetings & Events Operations within a hotel environment

* Strong
leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach

* Ability
to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously

* Excellent
organisation and attention to detail

* Confident
communicator who builds strong relationships with guests and teams

* Experience
within a branded hotel (preferred but not essential)
