Primary Teacher - Randstad Education Position: Primary Teacher Location: Horsham Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role: Randstad Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our network of schools across West Sussex. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, and ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to primary-aged students. Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support students' needs. Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to succeed. Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to guide their development. Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions between students. Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and other colleagues to provide tailored support for all students. Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
