South Wales Equine Vets is an equine practice covering South & West Wales.
How you will help us:
1. As an expanding practice, we are looking for a general practitioner able to support the growth of our existing client base, developing new relationships whilst supporting all our colleagues to deliver excellent standards of care. South Wales Equine Vets is accredited to the RCVS Practice Standard Scheme.
2. During this growth, being an active voice for both client and clinical improvements, we are looking for an individual to play an active role in building our services and reputation. With 4.8 stars on Google, there is still room for us to grow!
Our clients range from family pony owners to competition riders, and you will have access to the best mobile equipment to assist, including:
* Mobile DR
* Ultrasound
* Endoscope & Gastroscope
* Motorised dental equipment
* Advanced dentistry equipment
* Extracorporeal Shockwave unit
* Laser - Sarcoid Laser Surgery
* Vet techs to assist for cases requiring an extra pair of hands

Referrals are straightforward with the B&W Equine Hospital, which is part of CVS, featuring specialists in Surgery, Medicine, Imaging, and Sports Medicine for cases requiring advanced interventions.
Learning & Development
Our internal CPD hub offers over 1,000 courses covering clinical, client, and commercial skills. We also provide a generous allowance for external courses. We support all our vets in skill development and open career pathways.
