The role offers full ownership of Meta and Google Ads accounts, working directly on high-growth, high-spend campaigns. You'll not only develop and execute strategy but also influence creative direction and client outcomes.
This is a fully remote, full-time position with long-term growth in mind.
Strategise, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX) campaigns.
Manage daily budgets and pacing for ad accounts spending $20k+ per month.
Analyse performance data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Develop monthly creative briefs, write copy, and evaluate content hooks.
Produce and present weekly and monthly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
3+ years of media buying experience across both Meta and Google platforms.
~ Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work European time zone hours.
