Role Information
The school is seeking a polished, highly organised, and customer-focused Admissions Officer to lead the admissions cycle and ensure a smooth, efficient, and warm experience for prospective families.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment
* Acting as the main point of contact for prospective parents, offering guidance, support, and high-quality communication
* Scheduling tours, interviews, assessments, and open events
* Handling applications, documentation, and data entry using the school’s MIS
* Preparing admissions reports, tracking conversion rates, and monitoring pupil numbers
* Collaborating with marketing teams on prospectus materials, newsletters, and outreach events
* Coordinating entrance exams, scholarship assessments, and transition processes
* Maintaining excellent relationships with parents, pupils, and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and independent school standards
* Contributing to strategic discussions on admissions trends, retention, and recruitment

Requirements
* Experience in school admissions or high-level customer service role
