Role Description
This is a full-time Occupational Therapist role located on-site in Leyland. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Daily tasks include creating treatment plans, assisting patients with therapeutic activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. The role involves working with a diverse range of patients, including pediatrics, to promote improved health and well-being through occupational therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
* Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to patient care
* Strong Communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams
* Experience in working with Pediatrics
* Ability to create and follow treatment plans
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant professional certification and licensure
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
